Ship electrical equipment is exposed to harsh environments such as high humidity, high salinity, and vibration for a long time, and regular maintenance is the key to avoiding malfunctions. Step 1: Daily Inspection
Check the indicator lights and instrument readings of the distribution board daily for any abnormalities;
Scan the wiring terminals with an infrared thermal imager every month, and tighten the bolts if the temperature rise exceeds 40 ℃.
Step 2: Quarterly in-depth maintenance
Disconnect the power supply and use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the main circuit breaker (avoid blowing compressed air into the interior);
Test insulation resistance: Use a 2500V megohmmeter to measure the phase to phase resistance. If it is lower than 5M Ω, immediately check for any damp points.
Step 3: Annual functional verification
Simulate power outage test for emergency distribution board switching speed (regulatory requirement ≤ 45 seconds);
Verify the action value of the protective relay, and replace it if the error exceeds ± 5%.
